• There is no minimum stay requirement.
  • Weekends are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Weekday special: Monday through Thursday only -- Stay 3 or 4 days and the last day is free.
  • We do not accept credit cards -- cash or check only.
  • A deposit of 50%, sent within one week of reserving the room(s) will hold your reservation.
  • Holiday weekends - Stay 3 days and the third day is half price.
  • There is no smoking inside the house.
  • Cancellation: We depend on your commitment. Two weeks notice is required if you must cancel. Your deposit will be refunded less 10%.
  • Children over 10 are welcome. Parents are responsible for their children.
  • We can not accommodate pets.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
  • Rates subject to change (rates do not include NY sales tax).
